One of the most important breakthroughs we’ve made as a Union is winning Life, Health and Dental Benefits for our members and families.

What is covered by your benefits (a.k.a. schedule), what your share of the monthly premium is (if any – some are 100% employer paid), and your eligibility varies from province to province and sometimes from contract to contract.

Please check your Collective Bargaining Agreement to determine if you are eligible. If you need help determining your eligibility, please consult your steward or contact your Union rep.

Once you’ve determined that you are eligible, you will need to complete an enrolment form and submit it to your supervisor. (Please note, it’s always a good idea to retain a dated copy).

Your supervisor should provide you with the forms, but for your convenience, we’ve also made them available below. Be sure to click on the correct form.
