Janitors in BC have been organizing and winning workplace improvements that are changing the industry for all workers! We have raised the bar on wages, benefits and are demanding decent working conditions from property managers and contractors across the province. In June hundreds of members, worker leaders and shop stewards gathered with our labour and political allies to celebrate these victories and plan for more organizing victories to come.
