Joanne Lee-Young interviewed janitor and member Loida Ubay in Vancouver, and attended the janitor action last week infront of Oxford Properties. The article speaks about the connection between Oxford Properties and OMERS, which is one of Canada’s largest pension funds. This pension fund makes money through investments in properties cleaned by low-wage janitors.
