The new Bee-Clean and GDI city-wide agreements are a big step forward. Bee-Clean airport workers also have a new deal.

Every janitor working for Alpine at the airport will be at $25 per hour or higher in 2025.
35 Bee Clean janitors at the Innio Waukesha plant in Welland, Ontario, and the Outlet Collection at Niagara in Niagara-on-the-Lake have joined SEIU Local 2.
The largest gathering of GDI workers to date took place on Saturday and provided their bargaining committee with an overwhelming strike mandate.
SEIU Local 2's two-week paid Organizing Apprenticeship Program starts on October 28 in Vancouver. Application deadline is September 30. Organizing Apprentice positions will be available in various provinces.
